Hitler was helped by very prominent Americans such as Henry Ford, Charles Lindbergh and Prescott Bush. We all share in the ignonimity for ignoring the plight of others until it got to be too late Well, I'm tickled to see you report that. I've posted many times in this newsgroup that historical analysis will suggest that right-wing American industrialists, specifically including the ones you mention, had far more to do with Hitler's rise than did any left-wing socialist groups. Why does that convey a responsibility for the violence of WW2 on OUR backs? Am I accountable for the actions of Henry Ford? Please don't disrespect the courage of these brave souls on this day.
