Default (OT) : Zelaya is Legally No Longer the President of Honduras underHonduran Law as prescribed by the Honduran Constitution.

- Hey, Mr. Excitable,
-
- Can you name a single country in the world that has announced
support
- for the new leader that was placed into power by the illegal
military
- coup in Honduras? Certainly, if Zelaya is such a Marxist, there must
- be plenty of right-wing countries supporting the new government. Can
- you name a single one? Remember, despite his girth, Rush Limbaugh is
- not a sovereign nation.
-
- Can you name a single one? I bet not.

"illegal military coup"

The Honduran Constitution "Limits" the President

The Honduran Courts Said NO to Zelaya becoming
President-for-Life; and Limiting Zelaya to One Term
Only as required by the Honduran Constitution*.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_Honduras
* Note the President of Honduras serves One Four-Year Term
and is NOT Eligible for Re-Election.

The Honduran Congress Said NO to Zelaya

Zelaya set his Communist Political Cadres into Seize
the Illegal Ballots and hold an Illegal Election anyway.
* All High Crimes Against the Honduran Constitution

Then and Only Then the Honduran Military Acted
at the Direction of the Honduran Congress and
Order of the Honduran Courts to 'remove' Zelaya
as President.

Next the Honduran Congress Appointed a New
One Term President as required by the Honduran
Constitution.

Zelaya is Legally No Longer the President of
Honduras under Honduran Law as prescribed
by the Honduran Constitution.

Honduran President Micheletti* is the Legal President
of Honduras under Honduran Law as prescribed by
the Honduran Constitution.
* Note Micheletti belongs to Zelaya's own Liberal Party.
and his own Liberal Party does not what any "Presidents
For Life" either.

President-for-Life Castro of Cuba agrees with
President-for-Life Chaviz of Venezuela who agrees with
President-for-Life Obama of the USA that
President Zelaya of Honduras

RHF,

You make a lot of arguments suggesting that the man put into power by
the military coup is the legal president. Really. Then it ought to be
easy to list at least one other country in the world that opposes the
old President, since you suggest his illegality is beyond question.

Please, RHF, name another country that supports leaving the current
President in power. Just one ought to be possible...

Dang MWB you are becoming a real Obama-Speaker©

2 - The Honduran Courts Ordered the Military To Act
to Protect the Honduran Constitution
3 - The Honduran Congress Approved of the Military
Action to Protect the Honduran Constitution
4 - The Honduran Congress Appointed the Interim President
in Accordance with the Honduran Constitution
THE MILITARY FOLLOWED THE RULE OF HONDURAN LAW

MWB - The Laws-of-a-Country* {De Jure} Are In-Fact
The Laws-of-a-Country* {De Facto} :
It's Called "Sovereignty" and within that Country No
'other' Countries Laws or Opinions matter.

2009 Honduran Constitutional Crisis -source- Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_Ho...dential_crisis
* Zelaya Faces 18 Criminal Charges, including Treason
and failure to implement more than 80 Laws Approved
by Congress since he took office in 2006.
* United Nations Criticized Murders of Journalists
during Zelaya Rule.
* Zelaya’s Presidency has been marked by a Rise
in Crime, Corruption Scandals and Economic Populism
* Zelaya stands Indited for Acting against the Government,
Treason, Abuse of Authority, and Usurpation of Power
* The Honduran Supreme Court issued a statement that
it had ordered the Army to Remove Zelaya from Office
* The Honduran Congress Voted to Remove Zelaya for
"Manifest Irregular Conduct" and "Putting in Present
Danger the State of Law." {Abridging the Constitution}

The Citizens of Honduras will have a Presidential Election
on or about 29 November 2009 and get to Vote for a
'new' One-Term President*.
* Note Zelaya has had his One-Term and can not run again.

FWIW - Prez Obama Doesn't Get To Have A Vote In Honduras [.]
