Young 65yo terminal cancer patient do not even get these options. Small
businesses fire cancer patients as they can't take the hit in insurance
premiums. Insurance companies deny most all treatments after a few months
and raise their rates and deductibles when your insurance contract
renews. (In the area of $2k/month w/$7k deductible)

If victims can't pay the premium, they loose insurance and are bared from
getting insurance ever again.

These people never make it to 65!

Health insurance agents need to be prosecuted for manslaughter and the
insurance industry need to be replaced.
