Well the old Islamic caliphate they wish to restore was a lot of things,
but never Socialist...

The answer given by Englishman Richard Peeke when asked by the Duke of
Medina Sidonia how many Spanish sword and buckler men he could beat
single handed with a quarterstaff.

Why not?

Because they never ever wanted the people to have control of the means
of production, distribution and exchange.

All were in the hands of the Caliph.

Despotism and tyranny are not Socialist.

Although some Socialists are despots and run tyrannies...

Of course they are.
Everybody is the property of the state. That's socialism

But everyone wasn't.

The satraps were quasi independent rulers.

A society with formalised slavery isn't going to treat everyone in the
same way.

Only a small number of the socialist snakeheads want this.

No

It's pretty fundamental to all Socialists, which is why we know Tony
Blair isn't one...

I describe socialism as a snake with many heads which spend their
time hissing and snapping at each other and only come together to
fight their eternal enemy: freedom and liberty.

We all already know that you define words to mean what you want them to
mean.

So did Humpty Dumpty...
