Getting a digital transmission on 6604 at 1808UT but nothing on any of
the other frequencies.

Might be from somewhere else. I should have been able to hear 10051
but nothing audible.
However it did have a similar period of operation in that it shut down
for a short time every so often then started again.

Gander is - in Newfoundland?

Occasionally I can nab it here in California. Back east in the 1970's
it was on all the time.
