There is one frequency around 7 or 8 MHz where all the numbers are in
Spanish, but at the end the female announcer says "good night" in
English.

Thanks! 5880 and 5900 kHz at 3AM and 4AM EST respectively. I guess the
new machines say "good night" instead of "final" (fee-nal)... if it is
the same government sending the signals.

If you really want to get into the numbers game, here's a sked for daily,

ARTHRNY,

Look at the Recurring Frequency : 5898 kHz
and General Times in these Posts :
08:34 UTC
08:15 UTC
08:37 UTC
08:27 UTC
08:20 UTC
08:23 UTC
All ending around 08:40~08:42 UTC
with Three (3) "Good-Night"s

So start listening on 5898 kHz around
08:15~08:40 UTC for the "La Chica"
Spanish Numbers Station and around
08:40~08:42 UTC you should get your
Three (3) "Good-Night"s

Also you might try listening for the
"La Chica" Spanish Numbers Station
5880 kHz around 07:15~07:45 UTC.

NOTE - It Is Now 07:10 UTC ...so...
