the results prove it:

The plain and simple fact is that the African race is distinctly
lower in intelligence than the other races on this planet, with the
exception of the Australoids (Australian aborigines), who are even
less intelligent.

This correlates well with relative brain size and the complexity of
brain convolutions among the races, and also with the differences in
facial angle -- which is the degree to which the jaw protrudes and
the forehead recedes when seen in profile. The facial angle of
Europeans and north Asians is nearly vertical, while that of
Africans is significantly tilted, which indicates a more primitive
jaw and less frontal lobe development.

Also very interesting is the fact that Africans, taken as a whole,
have far more genetic diversity than the other races. This is
something which has only been confirmed in recent years. This
indicates that, during their divergent evolution, both Asians and
Whites went through a catastrophic near-extinction event or events
that Blacks did _not_ go through.

This severe selective event allowed only a tiny percentage of
proto-Asians and proto-Europeans to survive. It also evidently
selected for intelligence.
