Finally, you have dodged explaining how someone with poor READING
skills (from a third-rate education) can be expected to do well on a
WRITTEN test -- that they have to READ. Duh!

Personal attacks ignored.

When testers correct for all those factors -- and they've been doing
that for half a century or more -- there is still a very large
difference in average IQs between the races. It's real -- as anyone with
common sense and experience can tell you.

It is, however, a very real liability to assert this point. Shockley
would have explained, with some authority.

Being a hot button issue, race can cloud any discussion where it may
have even an oblique contact.

And once race has entered the discussion, all rational exchange stops.
