Rave On Radio (pirate)

Rave on Radio testing on 6925 kHz USB. Basically guy repeating "This
is a test of Rave on Radio - testing 1-2-3-4 - Rave on Radio". Also
reports directed to hf underground. Transmissions heard from 0027 -
0038 UTC.
