S-Meter : S6~S9 and SIO 434 with good audio

Heard Male and Female Voices in Spanish @ 0520 UTC
and Female Voice repeat the "REE" ID three times
@ 0528 UTC + Plus 0530 UTC BOH 'Code' "...._"
