Perjury is lying under oath, usually in a court of law, but also under

admitted he lied about his awarness and involvement in the arms for
hostages and gunrunning in South America.

He wasn't prosecuted---because the impeachment clause (applied
correctly) demands a threat to the nation. *The criminal aspect of any
crime of a president, (absent compelling evidence to be *"clear and
present danger") would be adjudicated AFTER his term in office.

Reagan DID commit perjury, he admitted he did, and his Cabinent and
advisors all confirmed he did.

Your unsupported assertion dies not constitute proof, Gary.
