The central valley of California is like a 3rd world country. They even steal the rear license plate off your car, your garbage can full of drink containers, lawn garden equipment, hoses, decorations, fountains ... You wonder what it is going to be like when it gets worse ... already car thefts, purse snatchings, muggings, etc. just don't make the paper .... they are too numerous and the "civic fathers" (I use that term VERY LOOSELY!) to be worthy of any mention ... I thought this was the arsehole of he world, but in speaking to others, it is going on everywhere in California ... Regards, JS |
