Incoming CME Shock: Just before 7:00 UTC Wednesday morning the solar wind
increased from 350 km/s to 500 km/s and this indicates the arrival of an
incoming CME shock. A geomagnetic sudden impulse was also observed. Minor
geomagnetic storming may be possible at high latitudes.

New Active Sunspot: A near M-Class solar flare reaching C9.2 took place
at 12:42 UTC Wednesday morning and was centered around a new Sunspot
region that rotated into view in the southeast quadrant. This region
should be numbered 1313 later today.
