Ah, then you want to pay 10 to 20 times more for the food you eat.
Also, the rich would never stand for having to pay a living wage to
the people who clean their pools and rake their yards.

I want to pay wages to Americans so they can support themselves, their
families and society in general. I don't want cheap slaves working in
fields supporting a society feeding off of them, such as blacks were
used in the past, for one example. I don't want a class which has to
steal to meet their needs, and especially NOT after having worked a job
that day!

But, it isn't an either/or type of situation. The basic human rule of
"A fair days pay for a fair days work" only has to be applied for all to
have sufficient resources to meet their needs ... only recently, when we
have forgotten this, has the world taken a severe off course direction
leading to HELL!
