bush and anyone, and everyone, supporting it, passing it, or enforcing
it should be given long prison terms ... if obama hangs, let's not see
him hang alone, bush should accompany him ... and for the same
reason(s), high crimes of treason against American citizens -- and war

The Constitution is for limiting and defining the limited powers which
the people agreed to grant to government in order to have public
servants to carry out their will.

Right from the get-go, you show your complete ignorance of what the
Constitution is, and is NOT ... you can see why you are then just

That depends on exactly what the term "levying War against [the United
States]" is determined to mean.

That could certainly happen without a declration of war on the part of
the US; whether it can mean acts taken by individuals or non-nation
groups is another question.
