Nice price on refurbished unit $79 (regularly priced at $150)
http://www.ccrane.com/refurbished/ccradio-sw.aspx

Sure didn't need it but I bought one anyway. Free shipping (had
coupon code), nicely packed, arrived quickly in like new
condition.
Performance is great on AM band, FM and SW are good but nothing
special. Been picking up some good dx catches on the AM band with the
radio coupled to a Terk loop.

Apparently like so many other such radios there is no BFO or product
detector....boo...

I have the CCrane-SW. AM and FM are very good. Shortwave prone to
overload, especially when used with an external antenna even with it
grounded, even with the gain turned way down. Nice sound.. And I got a
AN-200 loop antenna that helps it along on AM. At $79, a good price.

Had mine for over two years(bought new, $139). Great AM. Really only
use it on the BCB. It has the built in Twin-Dipole antenna.
