Default North Korea 11710

North Korea heard with good S9 signal in French in E NAm on 11710;
some rapid (30 Hz +) polar flutter. Martial music and news with
alternating male / female announcers.

Receiver: SDR-1000 with 60' mostly-vertical Marconi, one elevated
radial.

Kevin.

I have seen some info recently indicating that some or most of the NK
transmitting plant has been or is being upgraded by the ChiCom's.
