The Zumwalt was originally estimated to cost about $3.8 billion, but so much technology was crammed onboard that its cost has nearly doubled and after the first three are built production will stop.

With all the new weapons systems the Navy wants aboard the Zumwalt planners installed a power plant that could provide power to 78,000 homes (around 78 megawatts).

Construction of the ship required General Dynamics to build a special $40 million "Ultra Hall" to hold the pieces.

Here we go again, another one of Uncle Sam's "hobby" special projects. Let me see, now... $3.8 B with the underestimated production cost overruns is actually around $7.6B . Ok, only two more coming. Projected $22B in the total bill. Are they sure it is enough to cover all the hidden and unexpected problems ?

Meanwhile FAUX NEWS is doing nightly undercover "investigations" exposing a burned out stoner in California that sold his food stamps for $118.

How long will it be before the Russians and Chinese hack it?

If it's electronic the Chinese will be handed the blueprints and a check.

Righties have abnormal brain physiology. Their "fear" lobes are
oversized. Fox "News" uses fear and emotion to focus like a laser
beam on these frightened hillbillies. Fun to watch but not good for
the future.

Rickmers, you're a f00kin' clown 'tard. If anyone is 'abnormal', it
is you and the rest of the clown 'tard lefties.

In other words, you are mentally ill, just like your clown 'tard
President, who obviously is a flat out liar, just like the rest of
the leftie echo chamber.

You have to be a flaming idiot to believe what comes out of the mouth of
a politician. Anybody who couldn't tell he was overselling deserves to
get fleeced by fake insurance.

Interesting. Hasn't there been studies that determined blacks frontal lobes are less developed than other races? Considering:

"the frontal lobes have been found to play a part in impulse control, judgment, language production, working memory, motor function, sexual behavior, socialization and spontaneity. The frontal lobes assist in planning, coordinating, controlling, and executing behavior. People who have damaged frontal lobes may experience problems with these aspects of cognitive function, being at times impulsive; impaired in their ability to plan and execute complex sequences of actions; perhaps persisting with one course of action or pattern of behavior when a change would be appropriate."

Just asking.
