I'm hearing them (or somebody) at the Shack on the Bayou in southeast Texas.

2370 kHz USB
0138-0210, September 13, UTC

Hotel, Lima, Echo Fox (Single Fox?) and others working a comm problem.

Talking about "high fox" and "ultra high fox" (presumably HF and UHF)

References to "Wallace", as if it were a place or a frequency
