Several. Two I know of off the top of my head are "Radio Tachira"
at 4830, but it's in a very hashy frequency range (aren't all the
tropicals, though.)
An old favorite is "Ecos del Torbes" at 4980, but they are currently
inoperative. The same man owns both stations.
