Checked Google, not specific enouogh Thanks There's ferrite rods near the bottom of this page: http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/misc/amidon.html Or you could go to a Salvation Army/Goodwill resale store and buy a few cheap radios. There's a ferrite rod in almost every radio with an AM band. Most of them are small, but some of the multiband radios have nice ones. If you get the radio, you usually also get a plastic dielectric tuning cap, a small AC transformer, some litz wire around the ferrite rod, a line cord, etc. Not bad for maybe three bucks. Frank Dresser You could call Amidon directly, too, they say they are happy to process small orders. Here's one of their web pages with rods and the phone number: http://www.amidoncorp.com/aai_ferriterods.htm -- Dennis McCandless (please remove *not* for e-mail) Try the better alternatives to Micro$oft applications: Corel WordPerfect and Quattro Pro; Eudora; Agent; Lotus Organizer; MusicMatch Jukebox; Quicken; Palm OS PDAs. |
