Washington)
7PM between over the water Glen Cove and Rye New York, lot of extra lights
in the sky, changing direction.
Long oval over the water, 8 or 9 RED blinking lights on bottom.

We get greenish-white ovals of varying size-n-speed out here above Nor Cali
skies! They swirl about in circles, and are akin to auld fashioned search
lights which used to announce premieres an such, without those earth-to-heaven
light beams! They usually congregate behind cloud cover, and on occasion three
will blend into one, and separate into multitudes! Since they've been seen
hovering above Gridley's ricefields(outside Beale A.F.B.), this isn't just a
city-centric sky phenom! No red lights underneath, but they're spooky looking
nonetheless! Another HAARP manifestation/manipulation???

It's cloudy out , Right ??

and blinking lights on the bottom Might be reflected from the shore,
correct?

- Mebbee call the local cops & see what they say..

Yes was VERY VERY low **(or Very VERY large flying high) and moving slow
**NORTH** ,over
North Shore LI.
Id guess (aprox 14 miles east of Palisades NJ) I seen blimps pass all the
time (especially the US Open) at night, this was different.
Lights weren't water reflections since people as far south as Hicksville, my
sister brother in law and nephew saw it also.

It sounds like "The Westchester Wing".

It was often spotted over Westchester and Fairfield counties in the mid
80's and early 90's.

Depending on what you choose to believe, the Westchester Wing was a
group of ultralight planes flying at slow speed in close formation with
a variety of non standard lights intended to give the impression of
being a UFO, or it was a UFO.

Google searches only seem to bring up people who can "Prove" it was a
UFO, but I'm reasonably sure I read an article with an interview of
someone who said he was part of the group.

YES ! !

- Have seen them flying from North To South over NYC..
- A formation about 4 times the size of The Full Moon,
A large, coherent, silent moving Circle of lights..

I saw them several times - different sizes of formation, and different
patterns of lights - presumably based on how many guys showed up.

But you have to wonder what kind of fool would go out and fly a
completely open plane when it's 15 degrees outside.
