Get a copy of "Passport to World Band Radio" (Borders has it). It has
contact info for stations, as well as their QSL policies. Many stations now
will issue e-mail QSLs, but sadly, some have given up issuing them
altogether.

"World Radio TV Handbook" also has similar info under each station entry.
