David, propogation has been unusually spotty this winter season. Radio France
International's 1600 G.M.T. Africa feed on 11.615 mhz, from Allouis-Issoudun,
propogates fairly steadily into NorCali. It too, though, has been prone to
fadeouts. Hopefully, their parallel 15.605 mhz & 17.605 mhz simucasts will
return with spring-time. WA6020SWL
