Not touchy on WW2 but VERY sensible on national-socialistic minds and provinding NS. WW2 and (provinding) NS are very different things. For sure it's merely mixed up in not detailed (hi)story books. And calling "Sieg, Heil" is one thing, NS-minded are outing themthelves with. I only tell ya... Now you can get on calling "Sieg, Heil" and people will know what's mind you are -or keep it-. |

Why not? Worked here.

So some shortwave listeners in the US are a great exception on this. The continental US is large and composed 50 states. That is many states that have their own issues to keep track of similar in scale to all of Europe. Plenty of news and commerce to keep anyone occupied is generated here. The rest of the world despite technology is still much farther away and has less influence on their lives. So what else would you expect from them? -- Telamon Ventura, California |

They've learned from the United States that the indescriminate killing of civilians in a foreign land can be a remarkably effective way of achieving your goals (excluding Vietnam). Your comments leave me at a loss for words. The stupidity of your answer leaves but one response: Eat **** and Die |
Yeah, your damn right. And by golly we americans are gonna make the rest of
the world live in freedom whether they want to or not! "Barry Carlton" wrote in message But I was thinking more along the lines of recent history, with the likes of Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam (which didn't work out as well as you'd hoped of course), Korea, Japan, Germany, Italy, Lebanon There would of course me more countries included if the activities of agencies such as the CIA or US installed puppet governments were also included, rather than just the US military. |
I guess your right since Australia is made up primarily of the
ancestors of Britians convicts. So the aussies are probably well versed in violance. "Barry Carlton" wrote in message No. Australia. We also has more than its fair share of blood on its hands. We have been alongside you engaging in many of the same atrocities, and I believe that we will also wind up with the same result. Violence is never justified, but that is not always so easily understood by those who have been subject to it. |
What if they just wanted a change of government?
So in the newspeak "war" to protect what we call democracy these days, we can't just accept the result of an election for what it is? Pete "Robert Beck" wrote in message ... Spain is about to prove that a terror attack can get countries to act as you wish. Thanks Spain |
