As for any "social control" agenda, the world has changed. The difference
is that the guys we have in there now took any new "social control" (your
words - not mine) powers reluctantly, while those on the left hunger for it
and scheme to socialize our government if they get the chance.


So Bush and Ashcroft's constant appeals for expanded Patriot Act powers
demonstrate "reluctance" on their parts? Good luck selling that one!

about his/her educational credentials.
