You're right. He could have run around the room like a chicken with his head
cut off like Kerry would most likely do.

Kerry would never behave like that. He said that on 9/11 he sat there
for about 40 minutes unable to think when the passenger jets hit the
twin towers. Then he heard another plane hit the Pentagon.
