I saw this radio before. My guess is that it will replace the FR200. Probably be sold under Grundig or Eton brand names. |

Using standard LED diodes you will get some light, but
by using the ULTRA BRIGHT WHITE LEDs' high intensity light emitting diodes, the replacement for the 1157 type bulb will be extremely effective, and provide much longer lasting light from whatever charge is left in the nickel cadmium battery... You will need, as explained , to design a mounting arrangement for the ULTRA BRIGHT LED and fit it so that it will be located at the focal point of the mirror reflector or as near to it as possible in order to obtain maximum illumination efficiency any comments or new ideas about the FR 200 send to Arnie Coro Host of Dxers Unlimited Radio HObby program "Jennie" wrote in message ... do u have one? = = = ... do u have one? What is the USA name brands ? Yes I have the Tecsun Green 138 Emergency Radio. - AM/MW Reception is OK. - FM Sound is OK. - SW Reception is So So. - Single LED Light is OK. Wind-Up Recharger and Batteries work OK. Back-Up AA Batteries work OK. This radio is NOT imported at this time; so it has no USA Brand Name. TECSUN (China) is the OEM for Grundig and others. This Tecsun Green 138 Emergency Radio is available on eBay. hth ~ RHF .. .. "RHF" wrote in message om... = = = "Jennie" wrote in message = = = ...
