Dewayne,

The 'third party price' may be "The Price" that is given to someone
like J&R Electronics (The Seller = The Third Party) who is selling
on AMAZON.Com from Electronics Outlet Store (The First Party) as a
Drop Shipper to the Buyer (The Second Party).

So J&R Electronics Charges $130 on Amazon and the Electronics
Outlet Store provides and Ships the Product for $117 which
generates a $12 Proof for J&R for simply running a "Virtual
Store Front".

Amazon.Com charges charges BOTH the Drop-Shipper and the OnLine
Merchant a 'fee' for using their WebSite to handle the Sale.

Thanks for the info!
