Default 7190 kHz?

Just heard two UK hams on 7190 kHz in USB. Is this a legal ham frequency in
the UK?

I believe so. Recently the band allocations were changed. You'll have to search
that out.

Thanks - it seemed a bit strange to have these hams amongst the
international broadcasters in the 41m band.

I think the long-range plan is to have the International broadcasters move out
of that area at some point down the road.

If there are any left! :-)
