dxAce posts in UTC time like all world DXer's
He reported 1630 UTC as the time.

I don't know why dxAce would get "polar flutter" on Diego Garcia as the path
from Michigan to DG lies South of the Arctic Circle and the auroral belt??

When do you typically monitor for DG? I need to be on this in the next few
days as I am off during the day, Thanks!

Diego Garcia on 13254 usb heard here at a level that I have not

witnessed
since
October of 2001.

Crystal clear, no polar flutter. Giving a weather report at 1630.
