From the reviews I read the Degen 1103 is
a good radio for its price. Not unless all those reviews are wrong. Even
Passport to WB Radio gave it good marks.

know if Brochhi sells the newest version.
The older versions supposely are less relaible. Liypn's costs are about
$13
or so extra but maybe worth it if it is the newest version versus the old
version.
