It is not the job of a free country to restrict the exit of its citizens or
residents. Restricting migration or emigration produced the Berlin wall.

Vicente Fox and the Mexican government have no obligation to prevent
emigration, as that would be a restriction of the rights of the citizens of
any free nation. It is the responsibility of each nation to decide how to
handle those who want to come in, not those that want to leave.

For these reasons, I can not produce any facts because there is no
requirement that any nation prevent its citizens from leaving.

LOL, that may indeed be the case, however Vicente Fox, as I've stated already is
in the business of exporting his 'problems' to the USA.

What we need to do here in the USA is to ensure that Mr. Fox gets his 'problems'
back, in one condition or another.

Then perhaps, he will attempt to create better conditions in Mexico.

It's time to get tough.
