A Sony 7600gr or a Sangean ATS-909 are both MUCH more radio than a Yacht Boy 400, which -- even when new -- is not in the same league as the other two radios (as far as clarity of sound) because of the "buzz" or "hum" that many of them exhibit. -- Stinger |

I've committed myself to the "400" Grundig. It's intended use will be
