Expect to hear it all day/all night, sometimes there is periods of
quiet but other times it busy.. I first heard it while tuning early
morning yesterday.

I read an article on Yahoo! about a naval excercise with Navy SEALS and
how it related to some strange dolphin beachings off of Key West
Florida, I am thinking the excercise is taking place in the north
atlantic however due to the good signals.

Yeah, I'd like to see that law myself. It's not like anyone is giving out any
sensitive material, and the transmissions are easily heard by anyone with the
