Assuming that your post is not facetious, a little etymology is in order.
Neo, used as a prefix, means "New". Thus, when you discover that your
contact lens fits too tight, and you have been careless for too long,
your cornea will develop Neo-vascularization. This means new vascular
growth in the cornea. (considering that you shouldn't have any
vascularization in your cornea, this isn't good news).

What a coincidence, I didn't plan the juxtaposition of the two words, it
just worked out that way.

Just what is a "neo-nazi".

Well, I am certainly gratified to learn that your definition agrees
with mine and that we both are adept at using the dictionary. However
"wagginitproud" was the one who used that phrase, and I suspect he has
no idea what the real meaning is. I was hoping that he would respond,
but alas no.
Having read his post I suspect he is quite adept at throwing around
phrases and otherwise performing public mind dumps, with little
understanding of what the words mean. Like the term Nazi.
