Amateur Radio Aiding Minutemen
I hate to quote the source... (OK, OK, it was Coast To Coast) that the
Minutemen patroling the border with Mexico are using amateur radio and FRS radios for communications. RG |

In misc.survilalsim there has been an ongoing thread regarding
supposed jamming of FRS freqs. I asked if anyone in the rec.scanner group if they could verify the presence of jammers. And I got a smart assed response. Terry |

Pity, because there *is* some good info to be found there. 73, -- Steve Lawrence Burnsville, Minnesota Every moment of a human life is an act of worship. I heard a ICE (used to be INS) official expalin that over 900K were
arrested last year. I just wasted 30 minutes searching the ICE website for "exact" figures. If they have the data available to the public I can't find it. I found many non governmental sites that make all sorts of interesting claims. Estimates ranged from below 100K to above 10 million. I don't give any of these NGO much chance of being accurate. Perhaps the feds don't really want us to know how many illegals there are. But the 1 million figure doesn't seem too high to be reasonable. Terry |

THAT must be the most boring frequency in existence: "See any spics?" "No." "Roger." ...five minutes later... "See any spics?" "No." "Roger." ...five minutes later... "Say Billy Bob, aren't those wetbacks supposed to come through right about here?" "Well, that's what they said on WWCR, and WWCR is never wrong." "What if they went someplace else?" "Mexicans aren't that smart, remember?" "Oh." ...five minutes later... "You SURE that they didn't just move to the west where we're not? I mean, I haven't seen any for a LONG TIME!" "Mexicans are a lower form of life, boy, and they will NEVER do that." "You SURE?" "Who you gonna believe, your eyes or WWCR? By the way, Pastor Peters is coming on soon." "OK Al, you go back to that computer thingy and I'll keep looking for nonexistent spics." "Roger and out." About this time some ham in Chihuahua state comes on and starts harassing the poor gringos. "Look, boss, de gringos are coming to get us! But we're too smart for them! We're hiding behind dees mountain over here-yeah, over here!-and YOU stupid Yanquis can't do sheet about eet. We'll wait until you're drunk then we'll run right over ze top of yu! After the commotion dies down the ham says "I'm coming from Chihuahua-yeah, from eenside your dog!" One of the good ole boys picks up his dog and says "Fluffy?" and the ham says "Yeah, better shoot me while yu can, gringo!" So the redneck whips out his assault rifle and blows away Fluffy. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Uncensored-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |

ROTFLMAO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A well written and a VERY funny read R.D. : ) Iffen you're at Dayton this year, please allow me to buy you a burger and a Coke on my tab! ps: Here's the official website of the Minuteman Project: here ---- http://www.minutemanproject.com/ (sorta reminds me of Hal Turner's goofy page.....grin) Be sure to check out their "news release" on the front which says: "Thursday, April 7th. Minuteman dismissed over sharing bowl of cereal with illegal alien. Cleared of wrongdoing, but violated procedures." (sorta reminded me indirectly of those old signs that used to hand above public water fountains in the Old South) |

the Russkys sent it up.In fact,I didn't need binoculars at all to see that Sputnik Satellite up there,it looked like a little shiny silvery ball going across the Sky. cuhulin |
