I can tell you for certain now,the radio is legally yours. If you decide
to take them to Court, (I Definately Would!) hang on to all email
transactions (and all paper work too,if any) and make paper copies of
them.

I wouldn't even consider a lawyer over something like this. I just
thought once I would get a good deal even by mistake. Anyway, who's a
good dealer to get a Sony from?

They say it was Amazons error and they will refund the money I paid.
I argued with them but they won't budge. Sure Needs doesn't even have
a phone number. It takes 7 days to refund but the sure took the money
out of my account in minutes. It would be like me saying I'll take 5
bucks for an item on Ebay, getting paid then reversing myself saying i
put the wron amount on bid. You can't win with these guys.

Call your credit card company and tell them about the transacation.

Something about throwing good money after bad comes to mind there...

Anyway, who's a good dealer to get a Sony from?

Have you tried J&R Music? They're reputable, and generally have good prices
on electronic stuff.

The only thing he's retaining is water.
