My neighbor's new air conditioner...

My neighbor has a new air conditioner and it's the source of some
serious rfi. Has anyone ever worked to "cure" an air conditioner of
this problem? If I give my neighbor some ferrites, will that
suffice--or is my only option to pray for cooler weather?
