Why would you want a paper-weight that only morphs into a radio when you pay
some corporation at least $10 a month according to some contractual
obligation that reminds me of a mob "protection racket"? In comparison, you
can buy a $10 radio (that is always a radio) and doesn't contractually
require you to cough-up money every month. You remind me of those folks that
are out there buying Hummers when gas is at $3/gallon. Why do they buy them?
Not for function or feature, but simply for form -- it's merely social
plumage. Your satellite radio's primary purpose is to make you feel "Hep".
After that, you will justify the idiocy of contractually paying for radio-
reception by various other "Yeah, So What?" reasons...

LOL! So what are you smoking?

If you really tried it, I doubt you would post something like the above.

Well worth the 13 bucks a month just to keep from having to listen to
the same crap played over and over and over again on the local stations
owned by only two companies. Not to mention one of them has an admitted
distortion on the right channel that drives me and a bunch of other
people nuts, and their crack engineering staff can't seem to put two and
two together and realize that it only happens when a certain piece of
equipmnet is used, basically it's every other song that has it.

Figures that it's an oldies station, and I can tolerate what they play..
