RCI's HQ is in Montreal and I believe the CBC lockout does not effect the union in Quebec. Of course, most of the English language programming on RCI comes out of CBC, Toronto (on lockout) and someone said the SRC (French) reporters are refusing to cross picket lines to report on Parliament on the Ontario side of the Ottawa River. |
