Default SE Asia Frequencies

I'm travelling to SE Asia shortly (Thailand) and have been scouring
the 'net for frequencies to listen to English speaking broadcasts on
my run of the mill portable radio. It cost 20 quid so isn't a DX800f2
or whatever, just a simple FM/AM/SW radio so apologies to you experts
out there.

I've got BBC and Radio Australia but surely there are more? Also
there is about 10 metres or calble to clip onto the telescopic aerial
- where should I put this cable please? (clean answers preferred).

Look on the left for schedules in different formats.
In each is a target area for the broadcast (see "notes" in the schedule)
The "note" saying "As" is target Asia

Clip the cable to the aerial and get as much of the rest of it as you can near
a window. Even tape it to a window from top to bottom. Hang it out the window.
Go outside away from all buildings and electronic interference and loop the cable
over a tree limb.
