Deutsche Welle DRM on 3995 kHz
"Byung Myung Sying" wrote in message ... For DRM experimenters, the DW transmission using DRM on 3995 kHz is coming in fabulously here in Detroit at 0300 UTC on 27-Dec-2005 with no dropouts and excellent fidelity. Is DW broadcasting in any of the languages which are likely to be understood in the area? If so, is the programming worth listening to? It's too bad that their DRM transmissions wreak such havoc with the hams trying to operate in the 80 meter ham band! I know this is a rethorical question but -- what's with those DRM guys? Why don't they put their noisemakers on some rarely used parts of the SW spectrum? Frank Dresser |
