I built one of their little QRP kits. They gave me good advice over
the phone -- never had to wait -- they came right on. They also did a
certain amount of email consultation on the basic design of the kit,
in regard to the power connections, which I had hooked up backwards.
They even "repaired" it at a reasonable price when I couldn't get the
VXO to oscillate. So I'd recommend 'em, service-wise.
