Clearly 'your' command of some elements of the English Language is far superior to mine ;-) ~ RHF . . . . . You know what really amazes me about this guy is how he has appropriated the name of the well known and exclusive school Sidwell Friends. We can only guess that adopting the name of an prestigious educational institution as his online handle gives him a momentary rush of self-pleasure. Who knows, maybe tomorrow he may become Notre Dame. Please don't say that. Notre Dame football is my favorite of all time. I love the Irish. I killfiled the big mouth, but I can't stop being an Irish fan. I'll forgive you for being an ND fan. I went to UD in the Donoher/Digger Phelps era. That said, Charlie Weis is a class act. Personally, I'd expect Duke to be the next one rather than ND. --Mike L. Well, being born and raised in Dayton Ohio, I am and always will be a UD fan. I watched a lot of games in the Arena coached by Don Donaher. He was a good man, and his name will always command a lot of respect when it comes to college basketball. I liked Oliver Pernell. I wish he would have stayed. I dont have much to say for the current coach. We lose way to many games. I dont follow them much since he took over. I have a friend who is an assistant coach on the UD Footbal coach, and they still have a rock solid team. I agree, Coach Weise is the man for The Irish. I thought it was something when Notre Dame got Weis, he brought with him the NE Patriots playbook. That was some move. I think Brady Quinn will get the Heisman this year and hopfully, the Irish are only maybe 1 year away from National Title. |
