Default Technician License - Big Brother

How can one find another person's call sign?? If one has a call sign,
then does it have to be registered under the person's real name?? I
can't remember, but is a call sign tied to the person by SS#?? I'm
trying to understand the role of big brother here in tracking the
movements and opinions of operators. How much control does the FCC
exert over what goes over the airwaves for SWR?? IIs there a database
somewhere of transmissions or contacts that the FCC is able to maintain
through various communications?? Thanks.

You can look at, download, form 610 from the FCC website. That's the
application for a station and operating license, and you can see what
info is required.

You can go to www.QRZ.com and look hams up by their name, call sign or
whatever.

The FCC abdicated meaningful oversight of Amateur Radio many years ago.
