Yes, I was watching an old episode if the Andy Griffith show and if you've ever watched it you know that there's some radio gear on top of the desk next to Sheriff Taylor's, right where Barney Fife normally sits. One of them looks sort of like a Drake R-4C, but the particular episode I watched didn't offer a good shot. Does anyone know what this gear is? And by the way, what a classic show! Still in wide syndication forty years after it aired. Compare it to the crap that's aired nowadays and it really makes you think. Steve All I remember was an EICO or SONAR CB, and a Motorola control head for a VHF base station. Its on WGN weekdays. -- Service to my country?
