Default SEA HF Aeronautical Term ?

Hello:

Came across this the other day for the first time.

The term: "SEA HF aeronautical "

Nothing I could find in Google that explains it.

What are these ?
Used by who, etc. ?

Thanks,
B.

This is a good HF aero page:
http://microvoltradio.com/high_frequency.htm
It has both military and civilian aero frequencies. 11.175usb was
really hopping prior to the PDRK July the 4th party. Sometimes you have
a park a radio those HF aero frequencies a long time to hear something.

You want want to try PC-HFDL for yucks. There is a free version and a
modestly priced "pro" version. PC-HFDL seems to use the wrong
frequencies given the time of day. That is, you will find your local
facility (Dixon for those in the bay area) using low frequencies during
the day and higher frequencies at night. I don't know if this is
intentional for the signals NOT to propagate too far.
