You should write a point-by-point rebuttal and market it for print in a trade publication. and that is the way i see it ~ RHF . . . . David Eduardo wrote: wrote in message oups.com... Mark Ramsey, president of Hear2.0, the audio entertainment strategy company, and Mercury Radio Research, is very critical of the evolution of HD/IBOC: Hear 2.0 is basically a one man consultancy. Mercury is a good research company, but among the smaller ones. I know nobody who has used it. In other words, consider that consultants who do blogs are selling something. Actually, get onto the Hear2.0 home page, scroll down, and search on, "HD radio" - ther e is a wealth of information, that DE won't be able to rebutt. HD works for its announced purpose, which is improving local listening to local stations. Unless something out of the wild happens with RIAA (which would require a new chipset design for the "flag") there is nothing stopping HD at this point, despite what consultants who seldom see the inside of a radio station say. |
