Because all of the appliances in your house (and houses up and down
your street as well)that use microprocessors were quiet. So that you heard lots more stations and had a very pleasant time. Am I warm? The only time the power goes out here is when Ken Lay pulls the plug on us and I understand he's been relieved. Man, it must be hard to find a vein when the lights go out. |

Am I warm? my home does not go down with a power fuilure a few small uses drop off but I am ostly off gird and out in the coutry my thought were to wonder if this mean the grid is generating enough leakage to interfere with me NEO an old freind wrote: yesterday we had power for about 8 hour here so I spent alot more time listen to shortave and a lot more wseemed to be on, this first suprised me but after a bit of thought I think i realized why. be nice to see the thoughts of others to see if indepentant minds come to the same conclusion |
